Salary Range: $17.5 to $20 per hour

A Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems, ensuring precision and organization across various databases and software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into various databases and software applications
- Update and maintain existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed
- Assist with data cleanup and migration projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Adhere to data entry policies and procedures to ensure data security and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
