Direct Support Professional
Safe and Secure Healthcare is a home care agency that provides a wide range of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and background check.
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record is required.
Essential Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (DSTL). DSTL includes bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, eating, hygiene needs, etc.
- Encourage clients to participate in activities that include but are not limited to group activities, family events, music, dance, painting, crafts, etc.
- Provide assistance with transportation to and from appointments within the community.
- Record client's progress using an electronic computer system.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in all aspects of your job.
- Communicate with the care team about progress and needs of your clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
