Job Overview:
As an IT Support specialist at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. You will be responsible for managing systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for software, hardware, and network infrastructure across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on various technology-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement technology solutions and improvements
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in IT or related field is a plus
