Job Overview:
As an RN Nursing Coordinator at Safe and Secure Homecare, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing activities to ensure efficient patient care delivery. You will manage staff schedules, provide leadership and support to nursing staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care
- Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate coverage
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handle any patient or staff concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a background check
