Responsibilities
- Prepare and Dispatch Work Orders: Create and distribute daily work orders for all technicians, ensuring they have the correct locations and necessary parts for each job.
- Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the rental and scheduling of all necessary equipment ahead of jobs, including acquiring and sending purchase orders (POs).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
