Our Appliance experts can help with researching for the correct model and part numbers, arranging freight forwarders, and dealing with International shipping restrictions and regulations. Safe Appliances provides a complete solution for property upkeep, stocking all the essentials for appliances, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and repairs.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers, generating leads, and managing accounts to drive sales growth within the appliance parts and electronics industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
This role is flexible, we offer part time and full time roles. We also offer hybrid - remote roles (3 days in office, 2 days from home). Safe Appliances is also willing to discuss contract based employment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the appliance parts market.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Manage territory sales by identifying key accounts and developing strategies to increase market share.
- Assist in lead generation efforts through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development initiatives.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the electronics and/or appliance parts industries.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to perform cold calling and engage potential clients effectively.
- Experience in business to business sales and lead generation strategies.
- Proficiency with computers and using office programs such as word and excel.
- Experience with sales software and CRM systems for tracking progress and managing accounts.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals.
