Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly seniors and those with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with medication administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are upheld at all times.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and any observations regarding the client’s condition.
Experience
- Previous experience in a nursing home or senior care setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and resident rights is essential.
- Direct support experience is beneficial for this role.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
