T his is a hybrid opportunity that requires the person in this role to be in office (Folsom, CA) two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

POSITION PURPOSE

The ATM Channel Manager is responsible for SAFE's ATM Channel. They will lead the continuous development of SAFE's ATM experience using innovative solutions. They are accountable for the management of technical integrations, system processes, ATM Cash Management and uptime of the ATM Channel. This individual will manage a blended team of Technical System Analysts. Oversees the completion of channel-related projects, daily operations, and vendor management. Responsible for operational efficiency and performance of SAFE's ATMs and the ATM Channel Team. Maintains ownership of ATM Channel and works closely with leadership to define, plan, and execute the prioritization of channel products and features. Leads the member experience and maintains a consistent look and feel across the ATM Channel. Maintains a roadmap for features, grows the ATM Channel ecosystem through differentiated user experiences, and service feature offerings including support for all ATM features and services. This role will collaborate closely with business partners in support of achieving their business objectives and goals.

The ATM Channel Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of SAFE's ATM Channel to include support personnel; daily operations; system performance and uptime; project and enhancement implementations; hardware and software lifecycles; vendor management; product and feature management; cash management; and operational budget. The ATM Channel Manager works closely with business stakeholders to understand the voice of the member and employee to define, prioritize, plan, and execute continuous member experience and operational efficiency improvements to meet business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Lead, mentor, develop, and track performance of all ATM Channel personnel.
  • Maintain and exceed operational performance, developing innovative solutions to drive member engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
  • Working with member experience stakeholders, continually improve the member experience across the ATM Channel; ensuring presentation and function are best in class.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance, testing, technical troubleshooting, and lifecycle replacement of all ATM hardware and software.
  • Create and maintain service / product documents and data flow diagrams for the ATM Channel continuously to improve the architecture of the ATM Channel to ensure satisfactory uptime and stability.
  • Have an "always on" awareness of what the industry trends related to ATM / ITM best practices and new technologies.
  • Develop, maintain, and report ATM Channel key performance indicators (KPI) to ensure fleet performance meets business objectives.
  • Be a subject matter expert, advisor, and thought leader for the ATM Channel across the organization.
  • Appropriately identify, evaluate, and manage risk; implement risk mitigation strategies and activities, as appropriate.
  • Lead fraud prevention and resolution initiatives
  • Responsible for 24 / 7 incident response and resolution
  • Responsible for ongoing monitoring and enhancements to ATM Security and Surveillance
  • Research and recommend new ATM locations to close member service gaps and optimize On Us transactions.
  • Actively participate in the marketing and development efforts of all self-service products to engage SAFE's members.
  • Develop and maintain ATM Channel strategically aligned activities and initiatives roadmap.
  • Effectively manage capital and expense budgets.
  • Support and achieve satisfactory rating on all internal and external audits.
  • Research and resolve member issues; implement processes and procedures to avoid future issues.
  • Understand SAFE's organizational objectives, goals, and KPI.
  • Manage channel vendor performance, contracts, invoices, and escalations.
  • Coordinate system enhancements and modifications with third-party processors and vendors.
  • Continuously identify and prioritize ATM products and features to ensure optimal value for our members and SAFE.
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate operating policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring the highest levels of member service, operational efficiency, and internal control.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as any other applicable regulations.
  • Lead, plan, and executive ATM Channel projects and initiatives accurately, on time, and on budget
  • Approve ATM GL Balancing and Monthly Reconciliation
  • Oversee and approve ATM cash orders
  • Audit cash levels and adjust cash forecasting
  • Manages CIT Vendor relationship
  • Drive member experience cash and coin initiatives
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    Education / Certification :

    Certification in the following areas is preferred :

  • ATM / Debit Network Systems certification.
  • PCI Compliance certification.
  • Required Knowledge :

    Five or more years of ATM operations and technical support experience. Three to five years of ATM / debit network experience. Three to five years of leadership experience. Three to five years of experience working with contracts, sourcing, and vendor management. Strong knowledge of PCI regulatory compliance. Experience building and maintaining complex reports. Experience with project management. Solid understanding of ATM operations. Strong PC skills, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and GL balancing systems. Experience with Accounts Payable, including invoicing, rent payments, and monthly reporting. Experience with vendor management.
