Job Summary:
Responsible for operations, machine set up and machine maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works directly with Maintenance Supervisor to build new tooling and equipment, including setup and first run production.
- Fabricates fixtures and machinery.
- Makes precision parts
- CNC Mill programming and troubleshooting repair
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical design capabilities
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Must have the ability to read, write and understand English plus have adequate hearing and visual acuity and superior understanding of verbal and written instructions.
- Working environment is an unheated and non-air-conditioned manufacturing/ warehouse setting.
- Safety glasses with side shields are required in the manufacturing environment
- Physical requirements include frequent reaching, gripping and carrying up to 50 lbs., plus standing, stooping, bending, stretching, squatting and walking.
- Must handle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast paced, high stress work environment.
