SUMMARY :
This cross-functional role will have responsibilities spread across multiple fronts. The role will consist of a combination of tactical production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory control responsibilities, as well as more strategic business process and ERP system improvements. The role will also participate in project management of mid-size projects affecting inventory, scheduling, and warehouse management systems and functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Production to execute day-to-day activities in scheduling one or more production departments.
- Responsible for maintaining valid and balanced plans to ensure the efficiency of operations and meeting customer requirements.
- Responsible for facilitation and execution of inventory management processes, to include posting transactions from cycle counts, performing root cause analysis of issue, and recommending institutional corrective actions.
- Assessment of business processes and systems for opportunities for improvement.
- Lead small to mid-size projects affecting IT systems and business processes relating to inventory control, scheduling, & planning.
- Aid in the development and implementation of robust master data processes and controls.
- Perform capacity and delivery performance reporting and analysis to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
