What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trade Show Coordinator (6 Month Assignment) position at Safe Fleet?
The Trade Show Coordinator plans and manages all aspects of our organization's trade show appearances. They will provide ongoing support to deliver an effective program of events for trade shows and events, including establishing program agenda, overall project/timeline management, venue and vendor selection, controlling budget, executing logistics, and conducting post-event measurement and follow-up.
This is a temporary, 6 month assignment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the review, approval, and budget process for industry tradeshow attendance and ensure invoice payment adherence to budget, and track expenses
- Identify marketing/advertising opportunities at conferences/shows
- Manage contracts for event venues, contracted booth suppliers and other service providers
- Ensure all booth space, equipment, electricity, carpeting etc. are ordered and paid for in advance and track shipments of booth kits and equipment to and from shows
- Enter and maintain tradeshow records, budgets, costs, and expenditures in CRM
- Other duties as assigned.

- Detail-oriented and able to anticipate challenges
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and email marketing programs
- Knowledge of the industry context of the trade show
