Position : Facility Maintenance Worker

Full-time : hours from 7 : 45 am to 4 : 15 p.m. Onsite Monday through Friday

Hourly rate : $19-$20 / hour for 40 hours per week

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain and repair doors, windows, floors, and walls to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Handle general carpentry work, including furniture assembly and installation.
• Monitor and address issues related to pest control, waste management, and recycling.
• Assist in maintaining outdoor areas, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts and schedule repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
• Required to interact with coworkers and all other departments in a professional manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
