Job Summary :
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop qualification test plans, procedures, and reports based on the defined requirements for new and existing products.
- Execute qualification tests on new and existing products using a wide range of temperature, vibration, acceleration, and electromagnetic compatibility equipment.
- Maintain detailed lists of equipment required to perform qualification test, serving as the subject matter expert for Safe Flight’s qualification test capability.
- Develop and meet schedules for qualification programs to meet program timetables.
- Coordinate calibration and routine check of test equipment.
- Travel to test facilities and oversee testing where Safe Flight cannot perform qualification testing in-house.
- Create and maintain test environments for both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes of defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and testing processes to facilitate communication within the team and support continuous improvement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
