WHAT YOU WILL DO :
The Operations Data Specialist is a member of the Chemical Operations team and will work closely with our production, warehouse, and bulk operations teams to ensure ERP transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner and that necessary records are properly retained. This team member will update and maintain production and cost reports and is responsible for overseeing the management of change process for procedures and other controlled documents within the operations department. This team member is responsible for maintaining the agenda, meeting minutes, and action items for teams associated with the Chemical Operations Department and assists with generation and maintenance of audit documentation for certifications such as SQF. The duties of the Operations Data Specialist require an individual to be strong on documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily :

o Production data should be processed in D365 through the RAF stage within 2 business days of being physically completed.
o Costs for batch orders should be verified and they should be “Ended” within 5 business days of being physically completed.

This position is based out of our North Little Rock, AR facility. The work environment includes a combination of a quiet office and manufacturing environments. Periodic standing, setting, pushing, pulling, carrying or lifting materials up to 25 pounds can be required. You may be required to stand, walk, sit, use fingers and hands, reach outward, and reach above shoulder.
