Job Title: Payment Processor
Location: Remote - US-GA
FLSA: Non-exempt
Position Overview:
The Payment Processor processes, pays claims, and provides assistance to internal customers on vehicle maintenance products, particularly tire and wheel. This position creates and administrates electronic payment requests as they relate to our external service provider partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Examines process, calculates, and submits payment requests on behalf our service provider partners to support the handling of our service claims. Completes appropriate documentation and reports ensuring accuracy.
- Comply with state tax laws in applying applicable tax information pertaining to the respective service product.
- Maintain required service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure prompt administration of payment requests.
- If applicable, Enters service claims info into our systems of record.

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues.
- Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal/written skills and communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills essential, Ability to handle complex situations. Exercises sound judgment when interacting with customers.
- Must have the ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet key Service Level standards.
- Good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar and attention to detail a must.
- Strong knowledge & understanding of forms manager and ability to review terms & conditions on all contracts.
- Ability to comprehend form verbiage in utilizing accurate completion of a cancellation.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
