What You Will Do
As an HHA or CNA with Safe Hands, you will provide essential home care services that enhance the well-being and comfort of patients.

• Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance patient well-being.

• Help with mobility, transfers, and exercises as directed by the care plan.

• Support patients with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team.

• Follow infection control protocols and ensure a safe home environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• A valid HHA or CNA certification in the state of Michigan.

• At least one year of home health care experience is required.

• A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
