What You’ll Do:

Accurately code patient diagnoses and procedures according to OASIS and ICD-10 guidelines.

Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and ensure accurate code assignment.

Assist in audits and quality assurance processes to maintain coding accuracy and compliance.

Provide guidance on coding best practices and stay updated on industry standards.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.

Certification in Home Health Coding (HCS-D) or willingness to obtain it.

Experience in home health coding and understanding of OASIS, ICD-10, and Medicare guidelines.

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to interpret clinical documentation.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
