Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our founding and lead attorney and assist in all phases of the estate planning process. We are also looking for a professional with experience working in the areas of probate and trust administration. You will perform legal research, conduct meetings, and assist with client support.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between attorney and client
- Process inquiries pertaining to Estate Planning, Medicaid, Funding, Probate, and Trust Administration
- Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
- Conduct legal research when necessary
- Provide general administrative support
- Communicate with clients
- Attend or host in-take meetings with clients
- Maintain and update documentation
