We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the public image and working with established partners within our network to host on-site seminars. Bringing a book of business is a major plus that will result in higher compensation.
Duties :
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's public image.
- Maintain relationships with existing community partners.
- Coordinate the presentation of seminars with both existing community partners and engage in outreach efforts to build a larger network.
- Facilitate educational workshops for our company to host and present at.
- Maintain registration records for all seminars.
- Facilitate relationships with other professionals in the sector to develop referral partnerships.
- Arrive early to seminars to set up, provide refreshments when necessary, and provide marketing collateral to attendees.
- Hit a target number of seminars scheduled on the calendar per month / quarter.
- Provide KPI reporting to management.
