Role Description
This full-time hybrid position combines clinical work with administrative responsibilities. The Director of Operations will see clients for individual therapy sessions while managing administrative tasks, including social media content creation, marketing initiatives, and general business operations. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Requirements
- Mastery of operations management and analytical skills.
