Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations (LICSW or LMHC) for our fast-paced and dynamic organization. This full-time hybrid role will involve seeing clients for individual therapy sessions while managing administrative tasks and overseeing pre-licensed clinicians. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients while maintaining a caseload of approximately 15 sessions per week.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as social media content creation, marketing initiatives, and general business operations.
- Serve as a clinical leader, guiding pre-licensed clinicians and contributing to the development of clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Foster a culture of excellence, empathy, and respect within the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Mastery of operations management and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in team management, customer service, and leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Possession of a Master's degree and LICSW or LMHC licensure.
