Safe Harbor is a Christ-centered community for rebuilding, renewing, and recovery. Our non-profit serves women recovering from substance use disorder, women living in low poverty and/or experiencing homelessness, and women in transitional housing.
This position is an excellent fit for the person who has a high level of emotional intellegence and spiritual maturity. Must be resource orientend and have strong written and oral communications skills.
Primary Job Functions:
- Meet with residents weekly in their apartment or the GreenLeaf office apartment for practical life applications at the direction of the case manager.
- Provide accountability and support to residents through recovery coaching.
- Inspect the condition of apartments after apartment search finds concerns; meet with residents to determine need.
- Conduct drug testing and document in Apricot.
- Model accountability and healthy relationships.
- Have a strong knowledge of community resources for recovery enhancement and link guests, individuals, and families to those resources.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
