Safe Harbor is a Christ-centered community for rebuilding, renewing, and recovery. Our non-profit serves women recovering from substance use disorder, women living in low poverty and/or experiencing homelessness, and women in transitional housing.
This PRN position requires emotional intelligence and spiritual maturity.
This PRN position offers extreme flexibility, with work available on an as-needed basis. You will be compensated per event, making it ideal for those seeking supplemental income without a fixed schedule or consistent hours. Short-notice availability is essential."

Primary Job Functions:
- Arm/Disarm building as scheduled
- Open/close the main gate as your schedule requires
- Document total attendance of meetings and events
- Ensures all users adhere to “Safe Harbor General Use of Building Guidelines.”
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Submit supply requests to the supervisor
- Report changes in scheduled building usage to supervisor
- Be present to monitor and ensure security while outside agencies utilize Safe Harbor facilities.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Hickory, NC 28602 (Required)
