We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent/Real Estate Wholesaler and Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, wholesaling properties, and managing rental properties. GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

Responsibilities

Real Estate Agent

1. Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

2. Market and show properties to potential clients

3. Negotiate sales contracts and facilitate closings

4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong network of clients and referrals

Real Estate Wholesaler

1. Find and acquire undervalued or distressed properties

2. Negotiate purchase agreements and secure properties under contract

3. Market properties to potential buyers and investors

4. Facilitate closings and ensure smooth transactions

Property Manager

1. Manage a portfolio of rental properties, including single-family homes, apartments, and commercial properties

2. Handle tenant screening, leasing, and rent collection

3. Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

4. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Compensation

Commission Pay Structure

1. Commission pay structure with a competitive split

2. The split is usually 50/50 between the Company and realtors or wholesalers

Requirements

1. Valid real estate license

2. Proven experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, and property management

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate and property management

Preferred Qualifications

1. Real estate certifications (e.g., CIPS, CCIM)

2. Property management certifications (e.g., CPM, ARM)

3. Experience with property management software and technology

4. Strong network of real estate professionals, investors, and vendors
