Collections Representative

Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Account Fulfillment Specialist to join our organization. The primary focus of this role is to process accounts that hold a balance due at the time of cancellation. This is critical to the success of the department by collecting balances owed before the accounts are sent to an outside collection agency.

In this role you will:

• Contact assigned customers by phone and email to collect any outstanding balance on cancelled accounts
• Respond to customer account queries promptly and professionally
• Process customer ACH or debit payments
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through our CRM and tracking documents
• Monitor assigned accounts to ensure customer commitments are met
• Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in Collections
• Must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area
