Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Account Preservation Admin to join our organization. The primary objective of this position is to provide key information to partnered job functions through the review, extraction, and organization of customer data. This information is input into our account tracking databases which are directly utilized by department associates and outside collections agencies.
In this role you will :
- Enter data accurately into designated databases, files, and forms
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
- Interpret data from the CRM to extract critical information
- Perform regular data collection and maintenance tasks
- Generate reports manually from CRM data using data analysis tools
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
