Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a Program Director for our All Access department to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the team.
- Sell services to customers
- Hire and train a team of sales reps
- Work on continued development of staff
- Be responsible to reporting and accountability regarding KPIs
- Maintain close interaction with management to evaluate drive and growth
- Weekly pay

- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management
- Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Ability to adapt to frequent change
- 2 year associate degree or relevant work experience
