Mental health has a harmful stigma prevalent in many communities around the world, especially among the refugee population. After being forced out of their original communities, it becomes harder for refugee students to function in both school and life settings without healing from the trauma they encounter before, during, and after their transition to the United States of America. We want to help them succeed in American life and make their adjustment to cultural changes easier through school programs and community engagement.

Position Summary :
The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the organization, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a passion for supporting our mission.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Draft and edit communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and promotional content for the website and social media platforms.
- Maintain effective communication with donors, volunteers, and partners, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Help with the preparation of reports for internal use and for board meetings.
- Help prepare financial documentation for reporting purposes.
- Provide general administrative support to the Director of Operations, including handling confidential information and supporting organizational projects.
- Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and offboarding.
