Safe Home Direct is a leader in the home security industry. Our sales training program is a structured, paid training position designed as the entry- level role for all new hires. It provides a foundation in door-to-door sales, giving representatives the experience and support needed to transition to a Sales Closer role. You will develop confidence in approaching customers, gain insights by observing experienced sales closers, and build a solid understanding of our products. This role serves as a bridge to becoming a Sales Closer, offering a paid opportunity to gain hands-on training and grow comfortable with the sales environment before managing the full sales process independently. High-performing sales representatives have the opportunity to advance into leadership roles with increased responsibilities and income potential.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Training
- Training is an ongoing developmental process supported through team training meetings, on the job shadowing, and individualized mentorship
- Training topics include the psychology of sales, business operations, communication, customer service, leadership development, time management, entrepreneurship strategies, mindset and emotional regulation, and all aspects of the sales pipeline from from lead generation to close
Responsibilities
- Attend team training meetings
- Customer lead generation through direct to home contact
- Coordinate with manager to schedule appointments
- Work with team members to ensure each client receives the highest quality of service
- Communicate with clients post installation for an service related needs
- Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community
- Work with mentor to achieve personal growth and sales production goals
- Develop the ability to fully conduct the sales process in a B2C setting
Qualifications
- Entry- level - No previous experience required
- Strong interest in sales with a willingness to learn and grow within the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Resilience in the face or rejection
- High sense of business ethics
- Must be 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be open to travel
