Essential Duties:
- Answer calls quickly and effectively from incoming sales representatives and field technicians.
- Enter/Update provided customer information accurately and upload the required documents.
- Conduct brief pre-scripted surveys with new customers
- Review accounts after installation completion for correctness and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must Speak Spanish and English
- Must be able to work Saturday's
- High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to commute to our office in Draper
- Must be able to work one weekend day each week
- Ability to take incoming calls for an entire shift
- Be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
