Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will join a paid training program that offers valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and business operations. This role serves as the first step toward becoming a Sales Closer, with the potential to advance into leadership positions as you gain confidence, skills, and expertise. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship, in-depth sales training, and the opportunity to observe and learn from experienced professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Comprehensive Sales Training: Participate in team training sessions, job shadowing, and personalized mentorship to build your skills in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and business operations.
- Customer Lead Generation: Engage with potential customers through door-to-door contact, generating interest and appointments for sales opportunities.
- Sales Process Development: Work with your mentor to learn and develop the ability to conduct the complete sales process—from lead generation to closing the deal.
- Client Relationship Management: Help build positive relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service during the sales process and post-installation support.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your manager and teammates to ensure all clients receive top-quality service and support.
- Foster Community Awareness: Contribute to brand awareness by promoting Safe Home Direct’s mission and services in the local community.
