Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to Safe Home Direct’s security solutions. This role is designed to help you develop the skills necessary to become a high-performing Sales Closer. Through hands-on training, personalized mentorship, and real-world experience, you will gain valuable sales and communication skills while earning uncapped commissions.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the Art of Lead Generation: Proactively engage with homeowners through direct, face-to-face interactions, generating interest and setting appointments for our Sales Closers.
- Sales & Communication Training: Participate in daily training sessions, job shadowing, and mentorship to refine your sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Develop Resilience & Confidence: Learn how to handle objections, navigate conversations, and build rapport with potential customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Represent Safe Home Direct with Integrity: Educate homeowners on the benefits of home security while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with a High-Energy Team: Work closely with your manager and teammates to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Foster Brand Awareness: Help spread awareness of Safe Home Direct’s mission and services in the community.
