Responsibilities:
As a Collections Specialist, you will:

• Manage and collect outstanding debts from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
• Negotiate and establish repayment plans to ensure timely resolution of accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in collections or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in a technology sales environment
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and maintaining positive relationships
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find solutions for customers' needs

Pay: $64,281.00 - $71,470.00 per year
