**PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE**
Safe Industries is looking to hire an experienced Paint Tech to join our Heavy Duty Collision Repair Team. If you possess a strong work ethic and time management skills, are good with details, self-motivated and reliable then you could be the right person for this position.
Job Duties:
- Correctly prep and refinish surfaces to insure proper adhesion, color match, and overall appearance
- Prepare and apply paint to repaired vehicles
- Duties may include final sanding, masking, color mixing and tinting, spray booth operations, operate prep stations, applying primers, sealers, color, and clear coats.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience and proficiency in refinishing for Auto or Truck Collision Repair
- One year certification from college or technical school preferred
- This position requires the candidate to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
