Position Overview
We're looking for a high-energy, results-focused sales professional who can take our organization to the next level. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to adapt to the evolving senior care industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and nurture client and referral source relationships to generate new business
Conduct in-home assessments with seniors and their families
Perform all phases of the sales process, including preparation and documentation of calls
Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and senior centers
Achieve sales objectives for assigned service area
Represent Safe Life Home Healthcare at community events
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Create and present customized care proposals
Conduct service consultations and care assessments
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in home care or senior care sales
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings / weekends
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with healthcare software systems preferred
