Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Expected hours: No less than 3 per week

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with medication reminders and administration
- Document patient care activities and observations in medical records
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families
