What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

Full-Cycle Payroll :

Ensure our hourly team members are paid accurately and on time. From timekeeping to tax deductions, you’ll make it happen!
Administer garnishments and take the lead on prevailing wage reporting like a pro.

HR Champion :

Guide our new hires through onboarding, from setting up devices to completing paperwork.

Keep our benefits game strong by managing health insurance, 401(k), and more.

Maintain spotless employee records and handle offboarding with professionalism and care.

Compliance Guru :

Stay ahead of the curve on federal, state, and local labor laws. You’ll keep us compliant and up to date.

Be the problem-solver who catches and fixes discrepancies before they turn into headaches.

People Whisperer :

Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive workplace vibe.

Conduct insightful exit interviews that help us improve and grow.

Requirements :

Why You’re the Perfect Fit

You have 3 years of experience in HR and payroll (bonus points if you’ve used ADP or Paylocity).

You’re a communication rockstar, with excellent verbal and written skills.

You know your way around labor laws and compliance like the back of your hand.

Problem-solving? It’s your middle name.

You can handle sensitive information with ninja-level discretion.

Relevant certifications in HR / payroll are a big plus!

Extra bonus points if you are bilingual!
