Expectations for the Director of Operations are:
- Assist in the strategic plan to grow the company’s footprint in Mississippi by opening new locations to provide quality, reliable caregiving services to families.
- Develop a repeatable recruitment process to successfully hire, train and retain staff. Key focus on training and management of remote location supervisors.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across all aspects of operations to deliver high-quality care to our clients.
- Motivate and manage teams to achieve optimal productivity.
- Travel throughout Mississippi to build relationship with remote office staff and monitor operations.
- Develop and monitor budgets for each regional office, including operational costs and employee retention incentives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and growth of company.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain efficiency.
- Utilize data to inform decision-making and identify trends impacting operations.
- Promote company's mission, culture and core values.
