Position: Phone Sales Representative
Location: Chandler AZ. In Office
Salary: Hourly Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Previous sales experience and eagerness to grow.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to hit goals and earn commission.
