Job Description
We are looking for a working assistant that is capable of investing 15% of their time working up front with customers, while also working 85% of the time in the shop as either a GST or a tech.
Qualifications:
Automotive knowledge
Michigan State Certifications a plus
Must have own tools
Good communication skills
Leadership ability
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, 5 days 40 - 45 hours per week.
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough courtesy checks
Communicate effectively with store leader and guests
We offer medical, dental and vision insurances, the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
Vacation 5 days after 180 days of employment, 2 weeks at 1 year work anniversary
Paid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment.
We are closed most if not all major holidays.
Salary : $150,000
