We are hiring and training part-time Driving School Instructors 10-30 hours a week with several schedules to choose from. We believe each employee plays a vital role and a life-work balance is a must. We provide a positive work environment where all staff can thrive and grow professionally. All training and certifications are provided at no cost to you.

* We provide all the State-required driving instructor training at no charge to you. Bonus after receiving certificates of license.
* Depending on experience only 60 hours of training may be required otherwise 100 hours are needed. If already certified no training is required.
* Several different shifts and choices of hours are available.

*Choice of schedules but must work at least 1 day per weekend. More hours if wanted.

Full Time/ Part Time both needed 15-25 hours per week with more hours available. Wage starts from 20.00-23.00 and promotions are readily available.

Further Job Duties:

Teach a 34 hour class only 3 days a week .
- Provide driving instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
- Conduct in-car driving lessons to teach students the rules of the road and safe driving techniques
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Communicate with students and their parents/guardians to provide progress updates and address any concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluation results

```Qualifications:```
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey driving concepts and instructions
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when working with students who may be nervous or inexperienced drivers
-Punctuality, dependability, and responsibility are a must.
-Have a high school/GED diploma or higher education,
-Have a clean driving record, no more than 2 tickets within 2 years.
-Must have home internet access, basic computer skills, and a cell phone.
-No felonies. Background check required.
-Must be 21 years of age or older & and have had a license for 5 years or more.
