Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Moving Laborers to join our team. Moving Laborers are responsible for safely handling, packing, loading, and unloading customer belongings while providing exceptional service. This is a physically demanding role that requires strength, endurance, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading & Unloading: Safely lift, carry, and transport furniture, appliances, boxes, and other household or commercial items.
- Packing & Wrapping: Properly pack and wrap items to prevent damage during transit.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring a stress-free experience for customers.
- Safety & Care: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling items and moving equipment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete moves efficiently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep moving tools, straps, and trucks in good condition.
Qualifications:
- Prior moving experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different moving situations.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Available to go over the road for short term / long term trips(in state and out of state)
