Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Safebound Moving, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through the moving process and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be responsible for answering sales inquiries, providing quotes, and closing deals—all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your success in this role will directly impact our company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers, answering questions about moving services and pricing.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and new prospects.
- Assess the customer’s moving needs and provide accurate, competitive quotes based on those requirements.
- Sell and upsell additional services (packing, storage, etc.) to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Schedule appointments for in-home or virtual estimates as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of customer information and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
