Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Technical Product Manager (TPM) (Hybrid)

We are looking to expand our team by adding a talented and driven mid-level BSA/TPM - Web/Mobile (Hybrid) to lead the delivery of digital projects with a focus on web and mobile platforms for our automotive industry client. This role involves hands-on coordination of internal teams and external partners across design, engineering, QA, and product functions. The ideal candidate brings both technical fluency and sharp organizational skills to drive projects from planning through production.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role based in Orange County, CA, supporting enterprise-scale digital programs that require strong cross-functional collaboration, consistent delivery execution, and stakeholder transparency.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile development projects, including requirements gathering, sprint planning, QA, and release management
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes and hybrid project models when required
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple teams
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure scope alignment and delivery consistency
• Prepare project documentation: plans, reports, dashboards, risk logs
• Report progress and surface risks to leadership in a clear, structured format
• Champion best practices for digital delivery and end-user experience
• Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams
• Perform User Acceptance Testing, create End to End test plans for successful project delivery
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the
• product
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by the development teams.

Must Have:

• 5 years of technical project management experience, preferably in digital environments (web/mobile)
• Working experience in Waterfall, Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe project management
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or MS Project
• Experience in feasibility study, project costing, requirement analysis, change control, cost benefit analysis , change management, stakeholders reporting,
• status updates, IT implementation
• Experience in Cloud based infrastructure implementations such as AWS, Azure
• Related experience in the automotive industry
• Domain knowledge of TSP (Telematics Support Platform) Platform and Applications
• Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading the product journey from conception through launch, managing cross-functional teams 
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical conversations into business terms and vice versa
• Experience working with distributed teams and third-party vendors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with consumer-facing applications or platforms
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus
• Familiarity with QA cycles, UAT coordination, and release workflows
• Knowledge of backend integration, CI/CD, or cloud environments a plus

Location: hybrid in Irvine, CA

Schedule: 3 days onsite; 2 days remote

Pay Range: $48-63/hour
