About the Role:
- You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, closing deals, and managing client relationships.
- Your primary activity will be cold calling, supplemented by strategic emailing and LinkedIn outreach.
- You will have the autonomy to develop your own market focus and sales strategy, and you'll be expected to drive revenue growth from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Drive new business through proactive outbound activities: cold calling, strategic emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with potential clients, understand their pain points, and present tailored MSP solutions.
- Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine sales strategies and enhance market penetration.
- Networking & Relationship Management: Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand Safebox's client base.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospect information in HubSpot CRM to streamline follow-ups and deal tracking.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to refining sales documentation, strategies, and SOPs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Daily Activity: Make 40-60 calls per day to potential clients.
- Pipeline Growth: Secure at least 4 qualified meetings per week.
- Sales Target: Close 3 MSP deals per month.
- Revenue Generation: Directly contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Customer Retention: Ensure smooth handoff to service teams and maintain post-sale relationships.
- Progress Tracking: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Required Skills:
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience managing deals from prospecting to closing, preferably in MSP or IT sales.
- Strong Communicator & Negotiator: Ability to build trust, articulate value, and close deals effectively.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Skilled at discovering client needs and positioning the right solutions.
- Resilient & Goal-Oriented: Can handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently hit targets.
- Time Management Pro: Able to juggle multiple deals, outreach efforts, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io) and basic marketing automation.
