Client Associate

Sales: Leads are provided to you at no cost. All leads must be called the moment they come in. All leads contacted must be placed in the crm, once the form of contact is complete. You must create lead sources via social media or networking meetings.

Quota: There will be a quota.

SafeClean APP: This is where we input client details and schedule accordingly. This is where we put wants and needs. How long the cleaners need to spend at a home. How to get into a home. All the major details. There is a form of the order and the info needed. Must be followed!

Follow up: Following up is one of the most important job roles.

Pay: Hourly

Dress Code: As a sales person, you are the face of the company. It is imperative you look professional at all times.

Communicate:

Communicate with current and new clients and ensure they understand how important they're to SafeClean. Get continued feedback to help improve their cleaning experience at SafeClean.

Phone System: We use a state of the art phone system. This app can be downloaded on your phone. You will only manage the extension associated with your sales area.

Expenses:

Any cost incurred by the salesperson will be reimbursed on the following pay period. All expenses are to be applied to the company card.

Hours:

Minimum 40 hours per week. 40 hours include but are not limited to taking clients out to lunch, golfing, traveling to and from clients, and networking groups. If there are no appointments or outings as listed above, 40 hrs minimum must be spent at the office.

Team Player:

Help when needed examples-take initiative to help where needed. In the event you have a question you cannot answer yourself, please resort to asking Management for help first. If they cannot get you the answer or answer in a satisfactory time please bring up in Monday's meeting. You will work very close to the manager and other sales people. We cannot stress enough how much SafeClean believes in teamwork. At SafeClean we all are here to be a team player. That might require doing something that is not listed above. We expect our team members to be adaptive to the situations they are presented while at SafeClean. We have been successful at what we do, due to the wonderful team we have at SafeClean.
