Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our equipment and facilities. Your day-to-day work will reflect our commitment to excellence through:
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on production, packaging, and building equipment.
- Monitoring and coordinating with contracted services (pest control, trash removal, calibrations, etc.).
- Supporting facility needs, including minor repairs and forklift operation.
- Assembling and installing packaging equipment and air lines.
- Working directly with suppliers to source parts and coordinate equipment repairs.
- Collaborating with team members to uphold our quality and safety standards.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (building and/or machine maintenance)
- Technical or Associate degree preferred
- Experience in regulated environments (DEA/FDA-compliant) is a plus
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, pneumatics, instrumentation, and compliance requirements (cGMP, OSHA, FDA)
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to the job
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
