This position will serve as the main HR leader at our location, and you will also take on employee relations responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals; maintain a robust pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process and keeping them informed.
- Extend contingent offers to selected candidates; manage pre-employment processes such as background checks and drug tests.
- Manage recruitment data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (Paycom).
- Onboard new hires and ensure all new hire paperwork, including Form I-9, is completed accurately and timely.
- Serve as the main HR leader at the location, handling employee relations issues and supporting a positive work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and employees.

Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of prior experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, strategies, and techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Some experience in employee relations preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment is a plus.
- Ability to conduct high volumes of telephone screening and interviews.
- In-depth knowledge of Massachusetts employment law (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate needs and expectations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Calendar, Microsoft Word, and voicemail.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Associate degree in Business or Human Resources (preferred).
