Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and possess the technical skills necessary to apply window tinting film to vehicles with precision. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Apply window tinting film to various types of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Assess vehicle windows for proper tint application and make necessary adjustments.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any debris before application.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing basic maintenance as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during the tinting process.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding window tinting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in auto glass installation or related fields such as automotive repair or auto body repair is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with the ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and dealership operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of auto estimating processes can be beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.67 - $25.02 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
