Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of contract compliance and project administration.
Experience with contract setup, change orders, and billing processes.

Experience in handling sustainability documentation (LEED, EPD) is a plus.
Proficiency with Vista software for contract management is desirable.
Ability to track, follow up, and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
